Beautiful and very quiet corner just outside medieval towncenter of Montalcino. Very friendly and always helpful host Fabio. Excellent breakfast, spacious and comfortable apartment, very clean pool, only 3 rooms so excellent for people who like a quiet stay. We want to give Fabio 11/10 and more especially because he even was ready to transport us for dinner to and from the piazza in town since my car was a bit low for the narrow and steep road . Grazie Mille Fabio e à la prosima.

Beautiful properly just under the medieval village. Incredible views and loved the pool!
I’d recommend you to be a confident driver to get up the hill.

Everything was perfect! Fabio is an incredible host. Was my wife's birthday, he was able to arrange a small celebration at the attic with the amazing Tuscany sunset!
We should have stayed longer.
