The most stunning, tranquil and scenic guest house. Fabio’s place was done to perfection and is only a 15-20 minutes uphill walk to the centre of Montalcino. You are surrounded by countryside and unmatched views. Fabio was attentive, friendly and informative, giving us great recommendations. Our bedroom was well equipped, stylish and comfortable. The pool area and gardens were incredible and we spent a lot of time in the late afternoon and evenings relaxing there. Breakfast was hosted by Fabio which was very tasty. We also loved Montalcino. It was a lovely small town with great restaurants and excellent wine. The evenings had a good atmosphere. I would recommend booking restaurants in advance just in case! If we return to Montalcino, we would definitely stay here again.

Fabio is a welcoming and entertaining host who bakes excellent breakfast treats. Beautiful property grounds and historic 1285 era home tastefully renovated. Comfortable room with elegant furnishings; property 2 minute drive from historic Montalcino. What more could you ask for?
One would be hard pressed to find fault with anything here.
