Located between the world renowned Pleasure Point and Capitola Village, you will find yourself waking up to breathtaking views of The Monterey Bay Sanctuary.

This Spacious 2,604 square foot home with over half an acre is fully furnished and stocked with all of the basic amenities for your stay and can comfortabley accommodate 8-10 people. Just a short 10 minute walk will lead you to the famous Capitola Village where you can enjoy amazing beachfront dining, shopping, surfing, stand-up paddling, nightlife and much more!
Enjoy panoramic ocean views from two of the spacious bedrooms, the living room, and the dining room which can comfortable accommodate 10 people. The pristine backyard is perfect for sunbathing, lawn games, or enjoying lunch on the patio where you can find additional table and chairs.
You will find yourself emerged in the depths of serenity while staying at Villa Sanfilippo. With a gated entry, you will be able to relax in this blissful home.

We have stayed in Santa Cruz several times now, and this is by far the nicest house we have stayed at. Great views of the Monterey Bay all the way to Monterey and it's less than a mile from Capitola's Esplanade and Shadowbrook restaurant. We had 6 adults, my wife and I, plus our kids and their spouses. The house is all one story, which was great for all of us to hang out. There is plenty of space. It was very clean and updated except the bathrooms which were as the picture showed. Overall ,a 10 out of 10

What a great place to stay with family and friends! Plenty of room inside, out back and in front. And a nice, convenient walk into the quaint Capitola village and pier. Last, but not least, great and quick service provided by both the owner and property management. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The home location is spectacular with ocean views day and night. The amenities were plentiful and provided a very comfortable oasis for our family weekend gathering.
