About this house rental
Year-round, three-story luxury townhouse located in Seven Springs’ newest mountaintop community, Southwind at Lake Tahoe. Ski-in/ski-out for winter sports and enjoy access to many summer activities available through the resort (sporting clays, golfing, tennis, climbing, zip lines, fishing and more). After a day of fun, dine in and relax on the deck enjoying majestic views of western PA or take advantage of one of the bars or restaurants on the resort property. The Trillium Spa at Seven Springs is also available to relax and unwind.
Well-appointed 4 bedroom/3.5 bath interior unit townhouse with two master bedrooms offering 2,400 sq. ft. of living space across three finished levels. This townhouse has central heat and air and sleeps 12 comfortably. The house is equipped with wireless internet, six high-definition TVs (including premium channels), and two DVD players.
Main Level: Single car garage (heated), foyer with coat closet, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area that seats 13, family room with stone fireplace, and 7’ windows offer views across the deck to the mountains.
Upper Level: Master bedroom #1 (king) with spacious full master bath, private deck, and 42” flat screen TV. Guest bunk room #1 with three bunk beds, guest queen room #2 with queen bed and 27” flat screen TV, and hall bathroom (full) for guest rooms.
Lower Level: Master bedroom #2 (king) with stone fireplace, 7’ windows across a covered patio with views of the resort, 42” flat screen TV, and private bathroom. Air-lock for ski-in/ski-out access, storage for ski equipment and clothes, and media room with foosball table and 50” flat screen TV.
Area attractions include: Fallingwater, Fort Ligonier, Idlewild Amusement Park, Johnstown Flood Museum, Kentuck Knob, Laurel Caverns, Living Treasures Animal Park, Somerset Historical Center, Whitewater Rafting, Laurel Highlands Park and the Caddy Shack Family Entertainment Center. One hour from Pittsburgh, PA for day trips.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised—spacious enough for all eleven of us, with everything in perfect working order. There were no surprises at all, and the access directions were spot-on, making arrival seamless. As a bonus, we were treated to 17 inches of fresh snow, which made the experience even more memorable.

The property was well stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen down to a great assortment of games and movies. The view from the deck was fantastic and a great location to be on snow. We would definitely rent again!
