Imperial Point is a private resort-style waterfront community that offers two pools overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway (one large Olympic size temp controlled/heated pool and a smaller more private one). Additional amenities include two clubhouses, multiple tennis courts, shuffleboard, bags, bocci ball, pickle ball courts, hockey courts, poolside playground, 24-hr fitness room, library, adult only billiard room, youth game room, private boat ramp and fishing/boat dock. Enjoy this active, social community with parties in the clubhouse, water aerobics, yoga, game night, bridge, group dinners and so much more!
This gem also offers simply incredible panoramic views and you can enjoy watching the sunset and boats sail by as you swim, sunbath and just relax. You might even spot a dolphin, manatee or other fantastic sea animal during your stay! Excellent place to stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in a beautiful quiet area close to the beach, and everything else you would need. The owners are really amazing people and are very accommodating. If you have any issues, they get the problem resolved very quickly and make sure your stay is as awesome as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

the location was amazing...close to many activities and the beach is not far...amenities were great. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and accommodating to us.

With access to two pools and the inner costal and 10 minutes from the beach it’s a great location. While I had a couple of minor issues (to be expected anywhere) the property owner always got back to me immediately and had things addressed right away. Friendly neighbors and club house staff made you feel comfortable. Beautiful new kitchen and living room area. I would gladly rent this place again! 👍😊
