Private beach , nice , quiet and peaceful . Beautiful back view
The back steps look scary( leaning), try contacting about that and some cleaning issues and didn’t hear back from the property management. And it was a lot of debris on our side of the beach. Metal, glass and look like old pieces of pave rd.

We loved the location, neighbors were not super close. Loved how close the water was. It was smaller than in pictures but still super cute and worked great for us!
The worst thing was in the master bedroom during the night, while trying to sleep, the neighbors lights were on the WHOLE time and lit up the whole room! We had a hard time sleeping in there. Unfortunately there was no one there in the other house to ask to turn them off. That was basically the worse thing and the beds were slightly uncomfortable but nothing too bad.

Location on Mobile Bay was outstanding. It was also but a short walk to Gulf of Mexico beach. Island was quiet and relaxing. House was in great shape and especially pleased that there were outdoor chairs available to use at beach!

The sunsets from this house are amazing and unobstructed. No other house unless you are on the actual west end tip has this good of a view. The house is so nicely close to the water. The short walk to the bay side is perfect. We went every day 2 times a day to the beach. And I could see my family from the windows at the house playing on the beach. The house smelled clean. Air-conditioning kept up extremely well. The bedroom sizes were pleasant. The master shower was huge and made showering our smallest kids a brease after beach time easy.
The house swayed/jiggled when anyone walked in the house. The microwave worked when it wanted to. No wifi the last 2 days of our trip, even though I reset the router. The whole house lights flickers with the use of the dishwasher, or washer dryer. The living room TV has a busted speaker and sounds terrible. No TV in master bedroom. Needs a few more towels available for use. And 2 rolls of toilet paper for a five night stay was a cruel joke. Masqetos were very big and bad. Even with using deet bug spray. Small bitting Nats also. Lots of debris like chunks of asphalt, large pieces of glass, and roof shingles in the water.
