Coral Gardens Beach Estate’s fully air-conditioned Main Level (First Floor) opens to the Grand Foyer and commanding Great Room, perfectly framed by turquoise waters and baby blue skies. Completing the Great Room is a substantial living & entertainment area, a gourmet chef's kitchen, dual area dining and an alfresco patio capable of seating 30 or more.
This luxury Estate is the only beachfront property that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 king suites, on its grand floor walk-in Main Level. The villa's spacious floor design is truly one of a kind and is separated by two private wings. The Magens Bay Wing includes the Primary Suite, and two other bedrooms, while the Picara Point Wing encompasses the Owners Suite, Junior Suite and one additional bedroom. The Pool and Beach Suite Level (Second Floor), only 12 steps down, offers five (5) expansive King Suites with living and dining areas and collectively, with the main level, can host up to 22 guests. The Spa and Royal Suites, situated on the 3rd and 4th level closest to the lower sun and soak pool and Beach, can accommodate an additional 12 guests. The views, the service, the property, all without a doubt the most one could ask for. Toni was top notch all around. Made us wish we lived here for our whole lives. Easily fit our party of 24 without any issues at all. Exceptional space and luxury. A huge shout out to Mr Werner and Toni for making it happen for us.

Great view! Large bedrooms. Several gathering areas. Lots of stairs. We had a few issues with A/C, non-functioning electrical outlets, and inconvenient closet doors. The on-site concierge was a jewel. Worked well for us.

Our family just made lifelong memories together over the Christmas and New Years holiday in the Virgin Islands. Werner the owner and his entire staff were all very professional and provided the most top notch service that we have ever had. Coral Gardens has a lot to offer for anyone. The view and sunsets are absolutely beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and everyone of the rooms have extremely comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities that you would need. I highly enjoyed every meal that the chef cooked and happy hour every night was a family favorite trying local drinks for the adults and non alcoholic for the kids. We took tours of St Thomas and St John’s and both were well planned out by Werner’s staff. Our family highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Corral Gardens in the next few months or year. This property is truly amazing!

Werner was the best. We had a family of 35 people. Werner worked hard at make the room situation work out perfect for all to have their own room. So I can tell you that 35 couples with kids fit perfect in the house. Also when we got to the house we had people coming from all over and Werner was on it to make sure all got in on time. Well we had one couple that has missed all of our family get to gathers and their flight got canceled several times. I told Werner we would like to get them here for the first nights party. Werner told give him 15 minutes and he would give us some options and he did, he arranged a private plane to go and get them and fly them in ST Thomas just in time to make the party. We had Chef several times absolutely the best Chef I have ever used. We had some many things going on in 11 days and Werner took care of everything absolutely perfect. This man did what he said he would do and more. It is hard to find anyone these days that you can trust when you have never met them before at all. But all I can tell you is Werner is one of those that has the up most integrity, honest, and truly a man of his word. Thank all of you Werner , Joann, Dwight, and the Chef and his staff.
