Das Chalet is ein sehr schönes Haus und die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut gewählt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es war alles schön sauber und die Küche auch gut ausgestattet. Auch die Sauna war sehr angenehm und hat bestens funktioniert.
Das Heizungssystem, sowie die Warmwasseraufbereitung sind stark veraltet und ineffizient (offenes Gas-Feuer als Heizung im Haupt-Raum). Das untere Badezimmer war, da es neben dem ungeheizten Voraum liegt, sehr kalt und lässt sich mit dem alten Elektro-Heizkörper nicht vernünftig heizen. Insbesondere im unterne Badezimmer gehören die Silikon-Fugen dringend getauscht.
