Great stay

I liked the location, close to the slopes in Kreischberg. The chalet was really nice and clean, well equipped. The sauna was a great bonus after skiing. Check in was very easy, we could access the chalet even before the official check in time. The personell was helpful and reacheable. There is a small animal park in the area, our kids loved the bunnies and the lamas. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone :-)

The cooking pans were not the best, too big and sticky - non stick (teflon) would be much better. We were also surprised that there was no sponge to wash the dishes and no trash sacks provided. I mean, it is not a big deal to buy it, but we arrived on Sunday when everything was closed in Austria. It should have been stated in the description so people would know in advance to take them. I would also recommend to place bins or boxes for waste in chalet, there was oy one trash bin. But you need to separate the trash, so it would be nice to have more bins for each category (plastic, paper, metal, bio). The beds were a bit squeaky. But these are small issues, not serious ones.

Tó savé the cleaness it would be very nice if they would sérve detergents for the dishwahing machine and for cleaning. There is nő rubbish bags.Write thát ér must ver them.

Hangulatos, tiszta, kényelmes egy nagy csaladnak!

A melegvíz ellátás akadozik! A víznyomás gyenge, a zuhanyban, ha a másik fürdőszobát is használják egyidőben akkor a víz hőmérséklete hullámzik a jéghideg és forró között! Javasolt lenne legalább egy új zuhanyfejet cserélni az is javítana a kényelemérzeten és nem jelent egy nagy beruházást a tulajdonosnak! Nagyon hiányzott, hogy sem mosogató folyadék sem mosogató géphez tabletta vagy legalább mosogató szivacs nem volt kikészítve, azaz érkezéskor egyből elkellet menni vásárolni. Aki a konyhát használni szeretné főzésre, annak érdemes beszerezni éles kést mert a szálláson található kések vágásra alkalmatlanok!
