Great location. The hotel is very charming, the room is clean and has great amenities. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel has very good position at a walking distnce to Galata port and Taksim square. There are parking areas very close to the hotel and a lot of traditional coffee shops and restaurants on the same street.
The hotel manager Murat has been very understanding and has helped with any request I had, and also the cleaning lady has been great.
Wifi works perfectly, I had a room with small kitchen and could prepare something it I wanted, but there are so many good restaurants close. I choose one night a rooftop restaurant that is accross the street and the food and view was amazing.
The hotel is nice and cozy and I would come back anytime.

It was in a good location close to everything!
The housekeeping was not very thorough they did not clean the rooms properly and bedding was not changed often enough.

Location of the property.
Lack of professional regular and thorough house keeping. Lack of availability of towels etc and lift problems.
