8 is the maximum number of guests for this unit.
Per Chincoteague fire code in any and all the Sunset Bay Villas units, 8 is the maximum number of guests allowed. There are security cameras at the condo complex located in the common areas, to include; condo parking lot, gym, pool and walkway/breezeway areas.
There is a door bell camera located at the outside entrance, on the door of this condo. We have 4 dual wall outlets throughout the condo which include a C and A USB port for charging devices.
1- located in the master bedroom on the right side of the king bed.
2- located in the second bedroom on the left side of the queen bed.
3- located in the kitchen/counter bar area.
4- located to the right of the couch in the living room. HOUSE RULES:
It is important that the house rules listed below are read and reviewed by all guests in your group.

Windows will be damaged by the winds and crosswinds as we are over top the inter coastal waterway. Please DO NOT open or unlock any windows. Please use the thermostat for your temperature comfort and balcony for enjoying fresh air and the great outdoors. Please remove shoes and leave in foyer.

Maximum occupancy per town code is 8 people - adults, children and/or infants. Children under two count as a person. Strictly enforced and monitored daily by onsite management and surveillance cameras in the common areas of the complex (walkway and parking lot) and the entrance door camera at the entrance of the condo unit (#219). Tampering with the entrance camera in anyway or removal of the camera will terminate your reservation.

Only allow people registered as guest to enter the home and property during your stay (Condo and Common Areas).
No additional guests during the day and no additional overnight guests allowed. If additional guests arrived there will be additional costs of $50 per person per day for your stay and/or possible immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction.

Please shower off at the beach and shake all towels and clothes of sand prior to return to the condo. Also there is an outside shower by the pool at the condo complex, please use to remove all sand prior to entering the pool or entering the condo.

Please do not put any clothing or towels with sand in the washer or dryer.

Marina: The maximum length of any vessel which may be kept in Boat slips 13-24 and 53 through 63 is twenty five (25) feet. Length is defined as the distance between the farthest point on the bow (includes anchor areas/bow pulpit) to the furthest point of the stern (including motors, propellers, or other means of propulsion).



Prior to check out:
-Please remove all trash from the condo and dispose at the trash chute located by the elevator.
-Depart with condo looking as it appeared upon your arrival-neat and tidy.
-All dishes used by guests are to be washed and put away in cabinet.

Only guest on reservation are to be onsite of the complex, condo, gym, pool and common areas. We do not allow additional guests to visit or stay at the condo without a charge. Also must abide by the town code for occupancy.
No loud noises and no parties allowed. No smoking, no vaping and no pets allowed on the property. No grills allowed on the balcony or on the property. Charcoal Grills are located in the parking lot for your use during your stay.
