You have found your winter golf and tennis retreat. Located in a gated community, La Quinta Palm Royale Country Club is the perfect vacation spot for you! This is a Quiet location away from Street Noise. This beautiful corner, lower unit condo, 2 BR/2 Bath, 1 car garage overlooking the 5th fairway on a challenging, 18-hole, Par 3 Ted Robinson executive golf course. A unique feature is this unit was built in the last phase of the condo development so it is newer and does not have anyone living above. High celings in the Master bedroom. Furthermore, this unit is located directly across from lakes and a fountain, with a spectacular desert view of three mountain ranges. This lovely unit is walking distance to one of the six heated pools and spas, a fitness center and a complete pro shop. Four regulation hard surface, lighted tennis courts close by. This unit was recently updated, renovated and remodeled in OCT 2022. All new furnishings and decor, stainless steel appliances, with newly installed tile floors added, and the rest freshly painted. Great BBQ, patio set, dish-ware, linens, furniture, etc.

Lovely two-bedroom condo in the Palm Royale condo association. Weather was strange during our trip, but that didn't interrupt our enjoyment. Owner was delightful to work with and responded to our questions immediately. Everything was as stated in the listing.

We enjoyed most of the month of November at this lovely golf course. The view from the patio is truly idyllic, with a pretty bridge and a duck pond. We golfed most days, enjoyed hiking in the area, and visited nearby great restaurants and markets. The condo is well situated within the complex, and close to a great pool. We did provide feedback to the owners regarding a few deficiencies (in our opinion) and we feel confident that the unit will get spruced up a bit for future guests.

This condo is located in a central location with lovely grounds and very reasonable golf on an executive course. The condo however was disappointing. Although some upgrades have been made, (new tile, newer dishes), the en-suite shower has had the shower enclosure removed and replaced with a shower curtain. It has a shower head placed only suitable for a short person, and it is most definitely in need of renovation. For a short term stay the kitchen supplies may be fine but the pots and pans are very old, linens, towels need to have updated. The unit was surface clean but needs some TLC. Loved the location, view and pool areas. If this unit had some attention it would be worth staying at.
