House was clean and comfortable, but could use some updates. TV in living area was terrible, ants in both bath rooms, outside trash container had not been emptied in weeks. After driving 7 hours was denied key because we were one hour early, (“rules are rules”) even though house was ready.
WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!
