This spacious 1,000 sq ft, 1‑BR / 1‑BA (sleeps 4) apartment features:
* Double‑door entry from the charming front patio
* Two fireplaces
* Renovated kitchen & bathroom
* Comfortable bed, HD‑TV, and high‑speed internet
* Bathroom: Please note: it has a tub that you step in to shower (will be made into a walk in shower in the future). Not great for older guests.
* Historic architectural charm throughout

Guests can enjoy the inviting front veranda—perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon drink.
Unique to this property is the "The Chapala Rooftop Patio" and is available for daytime use (guests are asked to leave it as found, tidy and reset).

Great location. Well stocked with tons of kitchen amenities. Rooftop is great. The property is super clean. Both beds (queen sofa pull out) and all pillows very comfy.

My husband and I wanted a getaway to Santa Barbara for my birthday. We loved the property and the location was perfect. We used the upstairs deck one night and enjoyed the lovely weather. We went to Lotusland, a hummingbird sanctuary and a whale watching tour. All of them were so convenient to the location of the house. We found a lot of nice restaurant selections within walking distance and I would especially recommend Santa Barbara FisHouse and Bouchon.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, waft, funk zone and State street. What more could you ask for. Communication was perfect, easy smooth check in. Has all the comforts of home and then some. Very clean which I appreciate. We will be staying again, highly recommend.
