La casa è splendida: pulitissima, funzionale, calda, silenziosa, accogliente e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Gli esterni sono estremamente vivibili, arredati con gusto. I padroni di casa gentilissimi, disponibili, molto attenti e accoglienti. Ottima posizione per esplorare un territorio ricco e rilassante. A pochi minuti dal mare e case vinicole di estremo pregio.

Villa is very beautiful, well equiped, clean and comfortable, all windows have mosquito nets. The outside space is spectacular - beautiful olive tree garden, freshly cut grass, barbecue space (but not fully functional), car parking places have "roof". Terace has two areas - one with dinning table, the other with coffee table, deckchairs & armchairs.
The host Simona was kind and welcoming.
The location is very good - within the town and only a few minutes drive from supermarkets but amongst olive tree & grape
plantations and with barely any neighbours. Super!
The only uncomfortable item was that air conditioning is not preset - so room temperature had to be monitored by opening/closing windows and window blinds.

Ruhige Lage, großer Garten, geräumige Zimmer, gute Parkmöglichkeit.
Kleine Badezimmer, eines der Zimmer ist im UG, Küche kleiner als sie auf den Fotos wirkt, Tisch drinnen bei voller Belegung des Hauses sehr eng, Küchenausstattung für so eine Villa etwas dürftig, Einbruchsschutzgitter lassen sich einfach öffnen obwohl abgeschlossen. Unverschämt war, uns etwas, was schon bei der Anreise defekt war, in Rechnung stellen zu wollen. Sehr schwierige Kommunikation. Die angebotene Lademöglichkeit für Elektrofahrzeuge entpuppt sich als einphasige Steckdose mit 1,6kW. bei starkem Regen laufen die Dachrinnen über und die eigentlich überdachten Bereiche der Terrasse werden nassgespritzt.
