If your vibe is chill and relax on the beach without hundreds of people then IRB is the place. We loved the fact that there were no high-rise buildings! The condo was a great location. Basically, right on the beach. It was about a 2-minute walk from the deck door to the water. This unit was located on the first floor, but it's really the second. The parking for this building is underneath the first-floor units. Staying on the first floor was great, because there was a spiral staircase off the back deck. A few steps away was the pool. Walk through the pool area, through the gate and you're on the beach. Seemed like a lot of locals knew the pool gate code. There were lots of people using it that weren't staying at the condos. Our unit was a 3 bedroom. It was a great space and size for us. The biggest negative about this place is that it only came with one parking spot. The building has about 20 guest spots, but they were all always full by the end of the day. So if you are there with 2 cars, take them both out, and then return later you are likely to be out of luck. There is no street parking close, and I don't even know where you would park if you had this issue. Some good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The condo had beach chairs, pop up canopy, mats, sand toys, and beach towels. Other than the parking issue this place was great.

This was perfect for our family of six with a baby. The stairs off of the balcony was very convenient and made us a few steps to the pool. Once you leave the pool area you are literally a few steps to the beach. This is a quiet and family friendly area. The condo has everything you need with plenty of kitchen amenities. There are also plenty of towels and beach towels. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean, exactly as pictured, prking spot was very convenient, loved the stairs leading off the balcony right to the pool, easy-peasy walk to the beach, and great for our part of 4 adults and 3 kids. The updates are very nice.

My family and I stayed here July 9-14, 2022. The unit was pretty clean when we arrived however there was sand all over the floor in the entire unit. Because it is on the beach and the sand is so fine I am sure it is hard to get it all mopped up.
All the bedroom windows face out onto the street and the walking area to the outside. People are walking by all the bedroom windows to the elevators. It was pretty loud trying to sleep. One night there was a terrible, loud noise coming from the water tank. It was something out of a horror movie. It kept us all awake from 2:00 am to 5:30 am. No-one would answer the 24 hour help line. I called at least 10 times throughout the night. It finally stopped around 5:30 AM. That same morning the freezer and refrigerator died. There was water leaking all over the kitchen floor by the gallons. We did not know the refrigerator was dead until all of our groceries were spoiled and had to be thrown away. We lost hundreds of dollars in food. I asked for a cooler to store our drinks and some ice. We waited all day and it never came until past 7:00 pm. They did purchase a new refrigerator and that did not get installed until almost 8:00 pm the next day. The washer and dryer are ancient and are all rusted out. It took 5-6 hours to dry a normal size load of laundry. The TV remotes have decaying batteries inside and some don't work. The big patio slider is very stiff and hard to open and close. I would recommend bringing your own bed pillows. The mattresses need to be replaced. On the plus side, there were plenty of bath and beach towels. There were about 6-7 beach chairs which was nice. The stairs to the beach and pool was convenient. There was a dedicated parking space for the unit so parking was never an issue. The pool is small but the pool deck is large. We never had a problem finding a place to sit at the pool. We received $275 for compensation for the issues. We won't stay here again.
