Spanish Key 603 was exactly as photographed, maybe even better in person! This was the cleanest of several homes we have rented at the beach and it didn’t feel worn like so many others do.
Loved the view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom, it was absolutely breathtaking.
The building and location were so great too! It was chilly while we were there, but our kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The beach access is perfect and so close to so many great places. We can’t wait to visit and book this home again!

Needs new master mattress, new cushions for outdoor seating, different master shower, new HVAC filter, Mold in ice maker at wet bar. Owner needs to also give some of the pantry space for food storage. All was locked for owner use only. Had to store all food on counters.
