Villa Amoi N, a new development in central Santa Teresa, offer the perfect surf town escape.
We are located right off the main road and a short walk to Playa Brunela (Selina) . The newly developed houses feature two bedrooms with a suite bathrooms, an open format kitchen and living área. All perfected with a minimalist style to reflect the Pura Vida vibes of town. Private plunge pools and outdoor showers complete your tropical home away from home.

Very cool Villa just steps from the action. Sebastian the property manager was attentive and also loaned us a few beach chairs to use.

The location is perfect, super close to super Ronny #2, tons of cafes and restaurants, and such an easy walk to the beach. Nati was an incredible host, always reachable and very helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning service from Karin was excellent (she’s really nice and also thorough!) and the free water was a really nice perk I was not expecting. I would definitely stay here again! If you a group of 4 couples, you could see if you could rent both the villas and that would be a great set up as well. Thank you for being a great host Nati!!
