Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation on Lake Conroe in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom /2 bath 2300sft double wide mobile home, with large porch overlooking the water. The main/master bedroom has a king size bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with 2 queen sized beds and 1 bunk bed for sleeping 10 people. Also has full size washer and dryer for your daily use. The spacious living room is furnished with 46" TV with dish satellite and WiFi . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with large home made table . Situated in a cove on Lake Conroe , guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or fishing off the large deck in the rear of the house, as the house faces west it is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from the rear deck. An early check-in/check out

The pictures don't do the property justice.The house is well laid out. Lots of space for family to spread out.There is now a railing on the porch, which was a concern we had with our grandsons being with us. The only surprise was no dishwasher. When I reread the reviews, I saw where someone had mentioned it. But we ran to the store and bought paper plates and cups to reduce the "hand washing". As you can see, we spent most of our time outside. Even the rain didn't spoil our family time.

Pros: right on the water with beautiful sunrise and sunsets, has boat dock, sleeps a large family or group, pool table (although it leans to one side), ample parking
Cons: 1.) NO DISHWASHER. Unless you fully trust how well the people before you hand washed the dishes and silverware- prepare to hand wash all dishes prior to use. Also, prepare to hand wash all dishes used during your stay (and put away). 2.) The house needs serious attention to the number of spiders, webs and nests on the back patio. 3.) it claims to be pet friendly but has no fenced in area for the dog to use the bathroom. Also, it appears all of the neighbors allow their dogs to roam freely, creating a very difficult situation to walk dogs or allow them to potty.
4.) Master bathroom door doesn’t close
5) the door handle to to the bedroom with the bunk does not operate properly-leaving my 5 year old screaming one night needing to use the bathroom thinking he was locked in the room.
6) No Wi-Fi
7) only one TV
8) while it was unlocked during our stay- just as a heads up- the thermostat has a lock box around it and is set at 74 degrees. You have to text the owners to get permission to unlock the box to change the thermostat.
9) Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable
