We might have had only bed luck, but for us it was not a nice experience.

The host was very supportive to manage the issues (arranged for fixing of the non-working heating, arranged for clean sheets to be brought to the apt from the village), provided monetary compensation for the issues. The kitchen is well equipped.

The host is not near to the apartment, he's got service providers taking care of the property. The cleaning service company did a very bad job, beds were not set up as previously agreed, dirty bed sheets (no spare, clean ones in the apt.), failure of heating system was not recognized by them (upon arrival the heating was not working), in general the cleanliness was disappointing. We arrived in the afternoon and these issues were fixed by 9:45 pm the same day. The wifi is not reliable, the TV is old for current netflix to run. The shoe room doesn't have boot heaters. The apt. is on the 3rd floor, 4th from the shoe room (it was noted in the apt. description that upper floors are not accessible for handicapped).

Definitely recommended for Skiers :)

Hi Skiers :) We found this charming property by chance once decided to go back skiing to Nassfeld, but to the opposite side of the hill this time. We always look for skiing to the lifts in the morning and home at the end of the day - these were easy here: it took 2 mins to ski to to the lifts in the morning and a speedy and tactical red slope led us home from the heights of the hills above the building at the end of the day. Btw, you can store your boots in a very warm storage, no chance for any humidity to stay in them :) Once "at home" here, the view of the opposite hillside from the living room is so picturesque all through the day and night like on paintings or postcards, something you definitely want to wake up to (even with half eyes closed) and again watch it a little with a relaxing music in your evening ears before going to sleep! Like shooting pics? Come and shoot your pics of Nassfeld hills from the balcony :) You will love it! We had everything in the property we needed: the fully equipped kitchen and the separate bedroom for parents comforted us. The host was also really nice and helpful with every request we had - a pure gentleman you ever wish to deal with! Skiers of Nassfeld, we sincerely recommend both the accommodation and the host to you :) Enjoy your stay! (P.S. I think this property fits well for maximum 3 person + make sure to bring snow chains to your car)

Very nice and pleasure stay to ski in Nassfeld.

One key does not open ski boots room (we have two keys). But it was not a problem.

Very good

Proper heating, well equiped with dishes, bowls, pots. Coffee machine (dripper and espresso). Washing machine available (tablets incl.), check it whether there arne some plates after last clients or cleaning lady. Beds comfortable as well as sofa. Both TV suitable for USB, wifi connection - possibility to use Netflix. Hairdryer functional, towels clean. Just 10 steps from ski room to slope (no stairs). Parking 50 m behind the apartment.

Mildew under windows (not for allergic people), scratched hole in bathroom, impossible to open balcoon doors (broken?). Kettle full of limescale even after 5 days of usage the machine still release limescale. Fee for dogs is 20 eur each dog per night (additional and not paid (secured) through Booking as you are paying just via bank transfer from "hand to hand"). No official invoice received, just info from bank and confirmation from Booking.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub im Schnee!

Mein Freund und ich haben Mitte Januar drei wunderbare Tage im Apartment Bergkristall verbracht und waren rundum begeistert! Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt an der Skipiste mit einem atemberaubenden (!) Ausblick gelegen. Gleichzeitig genießt man absolute Privatsphäre in der Unterkunft. Besonders positiv möchten wir den unkomplizierten Kontakt zum Gastgeber hervorheben: Immer bestens erreichbar und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein (Danke Bennett! :-)) Die Ausstattung war super, das Appartment ist sehr modern und wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Für alle, die sich in der Rezension wiederfinden, ist das Apartment Bergkristall eine sehr gute Wahl. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Ein gelungener Familienurlaub mit Hund in einem schönen Appartement im Top-Schigebiet!

Das Appartement war makellos sauber, sehr gemütlich und ideal gelegen – direkt an der Piste! Durch den Skikeller direkt auf die Piste – wegfahren und zurückkehren mit den Skiern war einfach perfekt! ⛷️❄️ Besonders begeistert hat uns die Küchenausstattung – hier hat wirklich nichts gefehlt! Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ⛷️❄️

Ein kleines Extra wäre ein etwas dickerer Matratzentopper für die Couch und ein Heizkörper im Badezimmer – das würde den Komfort noch weiter steigern.
