value for money and good for solo traveller, clean and comfy for my 4days 3 nights stay
    8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
A female staff named Christine scammed me! She said like, "Someone has come to collect the WiFi fee, but the owner is out and too busy to contact. If I don't pay now, the WiFi will be shut off. Could you lend me 1000 pesos? I'll pay it back tomorrow." The next day, she said she couldn't withdraw money because the bank's equipment was broken. I was planning to move to a different accomodation, so I exchanged contact information with her and we agreed that she would bring the money. However, she sent messages that she had to work long hours because one of her coworkers suddenly quit, so she couldn't come to my accommodation on the day we agreed. She asked me if I could wait. I said yes, but she didn't come the day. And she stopped responding my question. So I went to the hostel and explain this story to another staff and showed the messages. A staff said that the owner already paid the WiFi fee. A staff called Christine(she didn't answer the phone.) and the owner to check the fact. After that a staff apologized me and gave me back 1000 pesos. The hostel itself was good, it had the kitchen and the room was clean. But this experience leave me bad impression.

It's worth checking out especially for solo travelers or even groups. It's cheap but they include breakfast with the stay, the space is clean and well organized, they're responsive. I definitely recommend it. I even did a last minute extension and they honored the price I paid in Agoda. I love their staff!

First, okay ang customer service. Okay ang bed, comfortable. However, the toilet is not clean. I've been to a lot of hostel, but i would say, na hindi malinis ang toilet, and no regular cleaning.
