Tea and coffee sachets along with milk would be great and as there was a washing machine / dryer basic instructions AND some washing powder would be appreciated. Shampoo & conditioner would also have been appreciated

Amazing location, literally in the city centre. Pretty much all the monuments are in walkable distance from there. The apartment itself is really nice with balcony view that i loved.

Bed and initial access to the property which was jointly our fault.

The location was excellent. The apartment itself was acceptable and met basic expectations for stay.

I would not have booked this apartment if I had known in advance that access would require sending a copy of my passport via WhatsApp. The host did not respond through the Booking.com messaging system before arrival. Only after contacting Booking.com was I informed that I had to provide the requested documents in order to complete the check-in process. At that point the reservation had already been fully paid. I felt that I had no real choice: either send a copy of my passport through a private messaging app or lose access to the accommondation and my money. The communication and check-in process should be made much more transparent before booking.
