Am besten ist die Lage. Vom Appartement kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zufuss erreichen. Obwohl man mitten im Zentrum ist, wird man nicht durch Straßenlärm oder Ähnliches gestört. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Biobäcker mit köstlichen Brot und Brötchen ( wenngleich auch ziemlich teuer, aber im Urlaub darf es ja schon mal etwas exklusiver sein) Auch der Bioschlachter am Eingang bietet verschiedene Köstlichkeiten. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder dort einchecken
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur im Parkhaus Z.B. am Luisenplatz Z.Zt. 20 € pro Tag von 0.00-24.00 , wenn man um 15.00 Uhr reinfährt hat man schon bis 24.00 Uhr die ersten 20€ verbraucht. Das war uns nicht so klar. Als wir am dritten Tag morgens dort den Wagen abholen wollten, mussten wir bereits 60€ bezahlen. Es verfällt dann die restliche Zeit einfach. Um die Ecke kann man Glück haben, dort kosten allerdings 10 Minuten 0,50 € Täglich von 8.00-18.00 , Sa und So 8.00-16.00

Die Lage ist hervorragend, weil mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man fühlt sich sicher und hat Platz, für das Abstellen von Rädern.
Fußmatte am Eingang wäre vielleicht hilfreich bei wechselhaften Wetterbedingungen.

Zentrale und ruhige Lage in der Altstadt. Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Innenhof im Parterre, der Ausblick ist deshalb begrenzt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
Da man bei der Wohnung das Auto nicht abstellen kann ist man auf öffentliche Parkhäuser in der Nähe angewiesen. Die haben in letzter Zeit offentsichtlich ihre Preise drastisch angehoben. Im Park One Parkhaus z.B. 35,- EUR/Tag. Günstiger ist die Tiefgarage Luisenplatz mit 20,- EUR/Tag.

Die Lage in Potsdam ist genial schön. Man ist direkt in der lebendigen Stadt dabei. Alle Wege sind kurz. Insbesondere zum BioMetzger. Das Appartement selbst liegt sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist vorbildlich. Insbesondere, wenn es Fragen gibt, steht er in kürzester Zeit mit seinen Antworten zur Seite. Der nächste Aufenthalt führt bestimmt hierhin
