The property was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The condiments and tea and coffee making provisions were a welcoming touch. Having a washing machine available was very helpful. The train station was within walking distance.
Parking was an issue. The only parking available was on the street. It was very busy. If we weren't "home" by 4pm it was almost impossible to find a park. This meant we were very reluctant to leave and head out for the evening.
There was really only a fish and chips shop within easy walking distance. The town centre was a short drive away, rather than a walk, due to the hilly terrain.

We used to own the post office & it was very interesting to see how it had been transformed!
The 2nd bedroom was a bit small for teenagers!

Superb cosy home, very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only small issue was the height of the bath, not easy for people of advancing years to get in and out of.
Parking spaces can be limited, 2 out of the 3 nights we were able to park within 40 meters from the house, the other night 5 minutes walk away.
