This is our 2nd return trip to the Ohio Grand Valley wine district and we will stay here everytime we return. The breakfast area is great in offerings, and cleanliness. We needed a stomach medicine in the night and found their simple shop had what we needed.
I always need a 2nd blanket (should have asked at the desk as I'm sure they would have provided) and pillows are notoriously thick. A mix of full and flatter pillows would be awesome.

Cleanliness - especially breakfast area. The staff member who worked Sun 8/30 was quick to replace hot food items. Worked hard. Food was varied & good! Front desk clerk - very cheerful.
For a while, the kitchen storage or prep room, music was turned up way too loud. I asked him to turn it down & he did. But no one wants to hear rock music after participating in winery events the day before ;-)
Rooms are a bit too pricey.

Everyone was great!! Wonderful experience!! Loved the wine shuffle tour!! Love this IHG hotel!’ Can’t wait to go back there!!

Breakfast was ok , nothing great.
It took a very long time for the shower to get warm. No body wash in the bottle
