This charming 1800's home located in the heart of the Historic Marigny. We are only blocks from the famous French Quarter, French Market and Frenchmen Street (famous Jazz District).
The Marigny is one of the most dynamic and interesting neighborhoods in New Orleans.
Our neighborhood has almost everything you need to live; food markets, bakeries, restaurants, shops, salons, bars, coffee houses...etc.

This was a wonderful house for our month longs stay in NOLA. From the full service market across the street, to the music and food just a few blocks away on Frenchman's Street to an easy walk to the heart of the French Quarter.
The furniture and beds we're very comfortable and Phillip was available when ever we needed something. The backyard garden was a wonderful place to sit and read or have a nice drink. No question we would stay there again on a return trip to New Orleans.

Location was great. Walking distance to Frenchman, quarter., and everything you may need. House was very comfortable. Chita was very quick to respond when contacted.

This property was the best we have ever stayed at. It was better than advertised. The house manager was very responsive and informative on location area experiences.
We would definitely choose this location next time we visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Marigny - a perfect location to live in a neighborhood close to but not in the French Quarter! We had everything we needed for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs and was a pleasure to get to know the area as a temporary local.
Would highly recommend staying at the Vivien - great owners with lots of amazing local recommendations!
Will be back again!
