THINGS TO NOTE:
- This property is pet-friendly! There is a pet fee of $150 + taxes per pet with a maximum of two dogs (sorry, no cats!).
- This home contains many stairs to and from the home as well as inside. If you or someone in your group struggles with stairs, this may not be the unit for you.
- This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by the local city officials. There is a camera over the garage.
- Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received.
- Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
- We do not accept American Express & Discover.
- San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

CANCELLATION FEE:
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
