This is a wonderful place right on the river. And surprisingly quiet considering its location. You can walk anywhere - the owner is so sweet! Very accommodating and helpful! House is very well stocked too - Sharon has thought of everything! I will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful week in one of the most convenient spots near Dock Square. The view of the water, even at low tide, was soothing and pretty. We felt as though we were atop a lively marsh area.Other people have mentioned the balcony since that's what made the place so airy. Yup.The beds were quite comfortable with more pillow choices than I've ever seen. Also, the owner has decorating taste similar to my own. This made me happy as I noticed this old painting, that gorgeous photograph, the clever stone ducks as door stops. Having rented in many area places over the years I can tell you that Sharon is THE most responsive and helpful contact. It's not her fault that there was so much construction going on across the inlet, and on the road leading in....Likely that will all subside soon as the year goes on. Oh! a beach pass was included. Those are quite pricey for a week and this was much appreciated.

Great location, and serene accommodations. We loved the space. Porch was wonderful overlooking the inlet, beds were very comfortable and Sharon was a great host. Will come again

Perfect location, lovely condo, could live on the covered porch! Very well equipped, comfortable, close to everything. We love the Davis' condo.
