We spent 7 nights in this unit. It was my Wife, 6yr old son and Myself. Check in/out process was very smooth. The unit and building is a bit dated but some building renovations are happening and we were aware of this. The unit could use at the minimum a paint job, But the VIEWS!!!!! We opted for this unit over a newly renovated one that had mountain views, and we are glad that we did!We would just randomly find ourselves staring at the ocean and all the surfers and Body boarders Riding the waves.The unit had around 5 beach chairs (Some probably left behind by other guests),but a few were broken and needed to be tossed. We let Byron know and he came that afternoon and switched them out with new ones and threw the old ones away. This unit also had a Tommy Bahama Beach Umbrella and a small Hard shell cooler. These were unexpected bonuses for us. I always check what equipment is in a rental before purchasing cause you never know what past renters leave. Overall great experience! Will look at coming back the next time we go to Oahu! Wonderful room and rental. The views are amazing on the 36th floor with a great view of Waikiki, Diamond Head and the shoreline. Communications with the property manager were really good and responsive. We were here during the Mid March destructive Kona Low rain storms, Our windows leaked badly (as did many other units) and we needed someone to carpet clean and pull up the water - this was taken care of same day. We lost power as did a lot of the Waikiki district and the fire alarms in the building kept going off. The apartment was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Good amenities like the pool and laundry as well as the pool and parking that were included. Easy location to walk anywhere, or grab the bus.

The location was a great place for our visit to Oahu. It's only a few blocks to the beach and has an amazing view. The condo was clean and well kept. Beach towels, Cabana, Bodyboard, pans, plates, utensils, etc. were all included with the room. It would be nice to have at least one or two more comfortable seats for lounging. There is a couch and then some dining room chairs in the main room. Our only real concern was the building itself and not the condo. One of the elevators had no walls and the building just looks a little older. The neighborhood next to the building is a bit scary at night. Parking took a little while to get used to. It would've been helpful to have a little more direction on how to get in and out of the parking garage as a pedestrian. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The property manager responded to calls in a timely manner. We only needed help at the beginning and end of our trip but he was able to help without any issues. Would definitely stay with them again in the future.

The view and location and included parking space were the main highlights of this rental, however suffered from being old and outdated. Being right down the street from the beach was perfect for the family. Good amenities too, the pool was very nice for the family. The unit itself was mostly well equipped but was small and smelly and outdated. The sofa bed was broken. Our original property manager showed up at first but then was unable to be reached, Jean stepped
-in in replacement and was great, he made us feel heard and promptly dealt with any issues we had. Thanks Jean! Overall a positive experience with your assistance
