Enjoy the Florida lifestyle at its best in our beautiful villa, that has got a great lake view and is situated inside a gated community in Bonita Springs. It features 2 bedrooms plus den and 2 baths. The villa is luxuriously furnished and was stylishly and professionally decorated. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed. Large glass doors lead out to the lanai which features a stunning lake view. This gives the house a roomy and relaxing atmosphere. Between master bedroom and bathroom are two large walk-in closets. The master bath comes with a roomy shower and a big and nice bathtub for your convenience - the toilet is in a separate room. The second bedroom features two single beds in a spacious room including a walk-in closet. The second bath is accessible from the hallway and lies across from the second bedroom. The spacious den features two additional sleeping sofas. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen has all the things you are used to at home including a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fridge with ice maker, toaster and microwave. The villa also features high-speed internet, a flatscreen TV with cable provided by Comcast, a bbq gas grill and a bluetooth Bose sound speaker. There are sheets and towels as well as beach towels, beach chairs, a sun umbrella and an ice box for you to use. We also provide sand and other toys for your children or grandchildren to play with. If you like to go to the beach - Vanderbilt beach, Bonita Beach and Barefoot beach are all within a short drive. The next golf course is about 2 miles away from the community. The villa is conveniently located only 15 minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport, and minutes from local restaurants, beaches and shopping such as Miromar Outlet and Coconut Point Mall. Many other attractions including beautiful downtown Naples, Fort Myers River District, Sanibel & Captiva Islands are all in easy reach. The community offers also two large heated community pools with spas, two fully equipped fitness centers and two tennis courts (including flood lights for playing in the evening). The villa comes with a two-car garage and is rented for self-catering. There are also a laundry machine and dryer at the house. It is a non-smoking and pet free villa with all the comfort you wish for to enjoy your stay. Note: Our villa can only be rented for at least 30 days at a time.
