This 2nd floor condo boasts a very spacious, single level floor plan including 3 bedrooms / 2 bath / formal dining / casual dining / and a vary spacious living area. A furnished lanai, overlooking the natural preserve, forms a perfect area for your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. The entire home is newly furnished and includes a modern, fully appointed kitchen to give you that at home feel.

We include Xfinity wifi internet and cable television. The living area includes a new 65” smart TV with similar TVs in the guest rooms.
Downstairs you will find a large 2.5 car garage perfect for your vehicles or storage needs. The garage is accessible through the home.

The condo is spacious, light, and private. We loved the natural preserve behind the condo and saw interesting wildlife while the preserve absorbed much of the inevitable noise in SW Florida from 41 and 75 traffic. The interior design on the condo is well laid out, it had everything we needed. We loved this property, and the owner was a wonderful host.

This property met our expectation and more. Great location with direct routes to the beach and other destinations. Definitely enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. Property manager easy to work with. Looking forward to staying here again.

Condo was immaculate, very clean and all furnishings look virtually brand new! Community was very nice and convenient to everything. The owner was very responsive when a couple very minor issues occurred. Would recommend this property without reservation.
