Good location, well equipped.

Was a bit dirty ‘under the surface’. The kitchen could do with a deep clean. The oven was so dirty we didn’t dare use it.

Great house by great hosts

A recently nicely renovated house. Everything the guests might need to feel at home was provided. The owners apparently have been very thoughtful, applied best intention, didn't try to make small savings. I highly recommend.

TÜRKLER, DİKKAT, TÜRKLERİ SEVMEYEN EV SAHİBİ; UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FOR A PAID ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER!

We are a family with 2 little kids, we stayed for 3 nights, and although our stay was good, we were subject to inexplicable for us attitude. A little while after checking out, the host sent us 2 photos: one with the cover on the sofa, which had a wet spot due to spilt water, with the host asking whether it is "water or pee", as if she was not going to wash it anyway for the newcomers!? And a second photo with ash traces around the barbecue, reprimanding us for leaving ash traces there!? Whereas we didn't say anything for finding the barbecue grill dirty when we arrived, and cleaned it ourselves. We even vacuumed the dining room before leaving! Our status at booking.com is Genius 3 and we have been to many places, but we have never faced such a behavior from a host, literally reprimanding us for using the facility?!? Which is a place where you are supposed to relax, paying for it and not being supposed to clean it back to initial state! It is absolutely unacceptable and disappointing behavior from a paid accommodation provider! The only explanation we could think of was that the host dislikes Turks (this is not uncommon in Bulgaria, due to historical reasons), so TURKLER, DIKKAT, TURKLERI SEVMEYEN EV SAHIBI!

Very nice place in Kazanlak

The apartament is very big and comfortable, it is equipped with everything you can need both for short and longer stay. We appreciated its location: very close to the UNESCO Kazanlak thracian tomb as well in the walking distance to the Museum of Rose and city center. The contact with the host was more than fine. Although we arrived late at night we were in touch and used the safe box to collect the keys. It was very nice to stay at the Rose valley guest house, I can recommend it to everyone.

Excellent location! Exceptionally clean and comfortable house with all that is required for a relaxing holiday. The communication with the owners was also very good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for cleanliness and comfort.

Spotless clean guesthouse

This property exceeded all my expectations. The house is spotless clean, confortable and pleasantly furnished. Wifi is fast and the location is near the Thracian tomb. Our host was super nice and we really enjoyed our breakfast. This property deserves a 10+++++ rating. Thanks !

Къщата е на тиха улица, като в близост има обособени места за паркиране. Мястото разполага със всички удобство. Забележителности са на пешеходно разстояние, има места за хапване и отмора.

трудно ще се намери по- добро място и за голямо семейство

местоположение, чистота, абсолютни удобства, външната веранда, на 20 метра от чудесен ПЪБ за хранене и всичко- включително кафе за машината

трудно мога да намеря нещо което не е на мястото си. всичко е красиво и подредено. има всичко и за по- продължителен престой
