Centrally located, spotless clean

Located right on the main pedestrian street/square, within walking distance trom museums, restaurants, public transport. Spacious and clean apartment with a modern design. Helpful English-speaking owner.

We missed bowls for our morning muesli. :)

- we liked the location - the flat itself was OK, we exceptionally enjoyed the shower cabin as they are rare in Bulgaria :) - the spacious balcony had a nice view of the town square.

We would have loved some free coffee capsules for the wonderful coffee machine in the kitchen but unfortunately none were provided. I also suggest you adapt the door so people can at least self check out. It was a bit annoying to wait 20 minutes outside the door for the owner to come pick up the keys.. most apartments we rent these days offer self checkin/checkout and that's just so much more convenient.

Exceptional

The position in the centre of town. I stayed there for visit to the world famous rose 🌹 festival. The apartment was even then I expected. The host gave me tour of the apartment, before left. The apartment was clean and tidy to a very high standard. If went to the town and stayed overnight, I would rent this apartment again.

On the minus side was the parking, or lack of it . I don't think this is the normal situation, only because of the rose 🌹 festival. A local restaurant owner helped me with the parking

Poor

The location was very good although the building itself was very dirty and the neighbors were mean.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, no washing machine, no utensils, dirty dishes, glassware and almost no pots and pans, they didn’t even leave a dish sponge and a dish rag in the kitchen. The neighbors were knocking on the walls if we talked to each other after 10:30 at night.

City of Kasanlak

It was close to the city and restaurants

No free parking in the street in front of the house. We waited for more than 2 hours of the person with the keys. When we left they apologized for the problems we had at the check-in.

Great place to stay in Kazanlak

The apartment is newly renovated in the center of Kazanlak. It overlooks the main street and the adjacent park. The location is very convenient to all of the attractions in the city. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all modern amenities. The host is very friendly and accommodating. If you are visiting Kazanlak this is probably the best place to stay.

The appartment was perfectly situated in the city center of the town. It was well equipped, tidy, clean , comfortable. The hosts were great! We had really nice stay with my family and I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for the great stay and making our vacation wonderful! ❤️

Perfect location in the city center

Easy and friendly communication with the owner and the people whom I met to get the keys upon arrival. Excellent location in the city center. Clean apartment, comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. It is located just 10 minutes walk from the railway station.

More kitchenwear and items would be needed for those who wish or need to cook.

Нашият престой не се състоя. Служител ни се обади в 21 часа на предния ден, за да ни уведоми, че по здравословни причини на собственика, не могат да ни приемат. Дори и да е така, трябваше да ни уведомят доста по-рано или да имат някакъв резервен вариант при такива случаи. Ние бяхме 6 човека. В момента на обаждането започваше концертът, за който бях купила билети. Не можах напълно да се насладя на концерта, защото мислите ми бяха заети къде да търся ново място за нощувка и съответно до късно през нощта се занимавах с новата резервация буквално за същия ден. Тъй като оставаше по-малко от 24 часа до резервацията, не успях да я анулирам през сайта. Досега съм им написала няколко имейла, отговор нямам и парите не са ми върнати. Резервацията беше за 8 юли, днес сме 24 август.

Мястото е точно в центъра на града, което е голям плюс и може би компенсира всичко, което на човек може да не му харесва :) Апартамента е уютен, светъл, просторен и чист.

Може би сърдитата съседка, която за добър ден ви посреща с “ако сте шумни, ще извикам полиция” 😁 Нямаше нищо с което човек да почисти след себе си 🫤 Ние сме семейство с три деца, най-малкото на 2г и липсата на метла и лопата си е много некомфортна ситуация!
