About this apartment rental

New modern built villa in the peaceful part of town Sumartin.
Surrounded by pine trees on the most southern tip of island Brac.
From the large covered terrace there is beautiful view of sea, Makarska riviera and island Hvar.
It has a very large court yard, excellent for the children to ply on, outdoor shower, BBQ grill on your disposal and the private covered parking area.
Villa Canadiana offers three identical large studio apartments A-1, A-2, A-3. they take entire ground floor, very private, great for group of friends and families.
