About this apartment rental

New modern built villa in the peaceful part of town Sumartin.
Surrounded by pine trees on the most southern tip of island Brac. From the large covered terrace there is beautiful view of sea,Makarska riviera and island Hvar. I has a very large court yard, for the children to play on, outdoor shower, BBQ grill on your disposal and the private covered parking area.
Villa Canadiana offers three identical large studio apartments A-1, A-2, A-3. they take entire ground floor, very private, great for group of friends and families.

The house is on great please, can reach everithing by foot shortly. Although it is on the top of the hill, so the view is excelent, you can reach the beach by foot within 1-2 minutes. On the village you can find everithing what need, but quite enough for relax. The house is very clean and the apartment is enough big. The owner is so kind, if need something special, hi is always on disposal. Thank you for the possibility that we could spend an excellent holiday there.

La casa di Joe ed Agi a Sumartin è estremamente bella. Nuova, pulita e confortevole. Manca qualche dettaglio (luce vicino al letto, qualche accessorio per la cucina), ma chiedendo ai proprietari ricevi un pochi minuti tutto ciò che ti serve. La consiglio anche per la buona posizione. A piedi si raggiunge in pochi minuti il porticciolo e il mare è a pochi passi. Raggiungibile a piedi anche la bellissima spiaggia di Sumartin. La consiglio per una famiglia o 4 amici, visto che si tratta di un monolocale.
