Split-Level Waterfront Apt in Stunning Location Beach & Marina views

From beginning to end...Stay experience was great. Michelle was in constant communication from the start. Provided clear instructions, suggestions and contact information for whom to contact during our stay. I cant say enough about Mrs. Mary, who made our stay the best. We appreciate all the attention and love. Thank you to Lance also. Lance transported us any and everywhere we needed and wanted to go. The place was just as described. Really nice apartment. I especially loved sitting on the upstairs patio. I didn't understand how to use some of the appliances as they were manufactured elsewhere ( not name brand US appliances), however, there were user manuals available for every appliance there which was helpful when I wanted to bake some brownies but didn't understand the numbers on the oven's temperature settings lol. We will 100% booked this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting St. Lucia. Thanks Michelle, Mary, Pauline and Lance for an amazing stay.

Nice unit. Very few options for food shopping nearby. Definitely make a grocery stop prior to arrival. Access to Zostery Resort was a plus.

My Husband and I do a lot of VRBO. I feel the location was good. Management was good Nina is very accommodating. The place is clean. The use of the Marigot Bay Resort is GREAT. Unfortunately the air conditioning broke upstairs the day we got there. Since the bedrooms are upstairs which it is on the third floor we had 8 HOT nights!!! Nina brought fans over but it just blew hot air around. I know things are on Island time but the air conditioning guy got there the day before we left to start working on this. If he fixed it we don't know we left the next day. Also due to leaving the windows open you hear all the workers from the downstairs restaurant early am and late evenings! The front door needs work lock didn't work but Nina husband came right over and fixed it. The threshold isn't on the bottom of door and we watched a huge cock roach come in through it. We to have a rental and 8 days before someone can look at it seems like a long time. Things need to be updated sooner than wait until it breaks. That is just normal that things need to be fixed and updated for a rental and or a resident. This rental would have been a 5 star if we had air conditioning. I know some people wouldn't have even stayed there without it because it was probably 85-90 degrees at night there.
