About this house rental
With its dramatic hilltop positioning, Pink House Farm offers breathtaking western Adirondack views. Sited on one of Addison County's most coveted roads, this luxurious 1798 farmhouse has been restored to its historic beauty by Janet and Churchill Franklin, Middlebury College class of ’71 + ’72 and parents of three Midd kids ’02, ’05 and ’07.

This large and lovely country home is surrounded by lush pastures, rural estates, operating farms and orchards. Pink House Farm has conveniently located just 3 miles away from Middlebury College and 20 minutes away from fantastic Vermont alpine and Nordic ski areas. This spacious and beautiful home is available for rent throughout the year and is equally perfect for a relaxing winter weekend getaway or summer retreat.
Newly built and furnished with quality and luxury in mind. Each of the four bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom. Sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Pack n' play crib is also available for the smallest visitors. The cozy first-floor bedroom, with double bed and private bath with a glassed in a shower, is great for those that prefer to avoid stairs. All three of the bedrooms on the second floor also has a private bathroom. The western bedroom has stunning views, queen bed, and bath with clawfoot tub and glass shower. Eastern bedroom #1 has a queen bed, private bath with tub/shower. Eastern bedroom #2 has twin beds and glass shower. On the first floor, you'll find an eat-in chef's kitchen, cozy den with gas fireplace and bookshelves, formal dining room and family room with gas fireplace and TV. Laundry room and mudroom are also on the first floor. Basement is home to a game room with ping pong table. Exterior spaces include screened in porch, custom built a stone patio and rolling manicured lawns. House is surrounded by pasture land. House has wireless internet and streaming internet TV. My husband, children, spouses and one year-old granddaughter had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Pink House Farm.
The kitchen was very well equipped for family dinners and the beds were very comfy. My granddaughter loved viewing the cows and the draft horses from a respectful distance. This was an absolutely perfect place for us. This is our second visit and we hope to come again soon.
