This spacious 1390 sq foot home was beautifully renovated and decorated recently. You can enjoy the sunrise every morning over the four peak mountain tops with an unobstructed view from the dining room table. Located in a quiet area within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping and the world famous fountain and park!
3 spacious bedrooms including a California KING bed in master , a queen bed in another room and 2 twin beds in the last room. The master has its own bathroom with double vanity vessel sink and walk in closet.

We enjoyed our stay at this Fountain Hills home. The 3 bedroom was adequately equipped (including nice grill). The check in/out was easy and quick. The owners were very receptive and easy to contact. We had to adjust our stay due to a conference and the owners were more than happy to work with us. Unfortunately, we waited too long to reserve for next year and we are bummed the place is not available in March. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Very nice recent remodel. Everything works well and in new condition. Beds are firm and provide a quiet nights sleep. We had no problems - especially with the friendly neighbors. Owner is easy to work with.
