Pat House

The location is great, very near the center and the restaurants and shops. It has its own parking space which is a BIG bonus in this town, especially in August. The room is small but designed to be exceptionally comfortable, it has everything you need, and everything is neatly placed. It was impeccably clean as well. The communication with the host was easy and we were able to collect the keys easily which was great since the traffic on the road was much slower than expected. This is just a wonderful, cosy and practical accommodation. I would recommend it for both a short and long stay in Ioannina.

We liked everything. The only thing I would add here is that, due to the size of the room, I don't think it would be an ideal choice for two people who aren't close friends, partners or family. :)

Very clean and the room has all what you need. Alexandros is nice and helpfull. There is a supermarket near by which is useful .

My main issue is the location. It's quite far from. the centre and real walk from.the old city. I didn't find walking in blazing sun for half an hour everywhere much fun. Also the street itself isn't very welcoming especially at night as it's really dark. . So it didn't feel like a holiday place. At the end I took a taxi everywhere . There are no nice cafes or shops around.
