the location is in the heart of Ioannina, the owner was very helpful and forthcoming, the room had everything one could ask for. It looked exactly like the pictures.
The soundproofing wasn’t the best( but on par with every other apartment in Ioannina). Also it’s in an office complex with many teaching facilities, which means many loud children during the evening.

The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. The location is as central as it gets so you can walk everywhere in the town center. Good value for money. A single male traveller or a young couple can make the most of this apartment.
Even though the apartment itself was very clean it is situated in an building that was extremely dirty. Walking to the apartment was an unpleasant experience. Minor complaint, the kitchen was missing a sharp kitchen knife.
