La casa è in una posizione tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti di auto dal mare, provvista di tutto ciò che può necessitare durante la permanenza, si ha la disponibilità dell'intera casa ed è possibile mettere le auto all'interno senza doverle lasciare su strada, le camere da letto offrono anche la possibilità di avere privacy se si andasse con amici o parenti, è presente il wifi cosa molto utile al giorno d'oggi e il barbecue qualora si volesse approfittare di una grigliata, la proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile a qualsiasi necessità
