Potentially the worst value-for-money we have ever experienced with a hotel There is nothing inherently wrong with the hotel, but at over USD 500 per night, the overall quality, service and attention to detail are well below what we would expect at this price point A few examples: * The beach and sunbathing area is poorly organised. There are no towels readily available, so every time you need one you have to go all the way back to reception and ask. More generally, there is a lot of unnecessary back and forth for basic things that should be readily available to guests * The common areas are not particularly well maintained. While it’s in the middle of nature and so perfection isn’t to be expected, it feels messy, there are stains on much of the outdoor furniture, and ants, leaves and general debris take away from a good experience * The rooms are basically “open air”, which means there are a lot of insects, mosquitoes and even frogs. At one point, we found a frog in our toilet, which was a bit much even for a tropical setting * The location is not particularly convenient. It is the last hotel outside the village, so getting anywhere either involves walking through the sand or factoring in the additional time and cost of transport * Most importantly, the overall level of service and attention to detail simply does not match the price. Individually, most of these issues are relatively minor, but at more than USD 500 per night, they add up to a disappointing experience The value proposition is particularly difficult to understand given the alternatives available in the area. At a similar price point, you can stay at genuinely luxury properties offering a significantly higher standard of service, better facilities and amenities such as a swimming pool

Ambiente lindo, quarto bem decorado no estilo rústico/chique. Banheiro sem teto, bem interessante. Café da manhã muito bom. Um especial elogio a toda equipe pela cordialidade, gentileza e prontidão para ajudar com todos os detalhes. Fechei todos os passeios e tranfers até Santo Amaro e depois São Luís com a intermediação da Muita Paz. Foi perfeito !!!

Emplacement exceptionnel, au cœur du village d’Atins. Le bungalow sur la mer a une vue fabuleuse. Très bon petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable. Personnel prévenant et adorable.

Rien tout était parfait

L'hotel est bien placé

cet hôtel est extrêmement cher par rapport au confort et au service apporté. les chambres sont ouvertes donc il y a plein de fourmis, moustiques, cafards , grenouilles et j'en passe à 6h du matin on est réveillé par la lumière, par les coqs et les ânes A 9h du matin il n'y a plus rien au petit déjeuner, si on demande un yaourt on peut attendre 30min pour le recevoir bref je ne recommande pas . il ya d'autres hôtels a Atins qui sont moins bien placés mais beaucoup mieux : avec un vrai service et du confort !
