We loved everything about this hotel. It is an excellent choice for solo travelers, couples, and families with children. The food was delicious, and the hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Al Jaddaf Metro Station. The staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the towels were replaced daily. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. My experience was made even worse by the receptionist, Zippy, whose attitude and behavior were extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The management was equally poor and completely failed to handle the situation properly. Overall, a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was unacceptable, and the management clearly needs to improve.

We attended a Pakistani family wedding, the celebration hall was great, the quiet night at the room after was the best place to rest after the joyful celebration

They would keep the room dusty would leave the tables mirror tv just leave it dusty the bathroom they wouldn’t use cleaning product
