New apartment near the beach, 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach (Maranduba / Sape) and 5 minutes walk from the best shops, markets and restaurants of maranduba.

Maranduba Beach,
usually with calm waves. It continues to have Sapê beach, less hectic people, and further ahead Lagoinha beach, sea almost without waves. Maranduba has good infrastructure. Supermarkets, greengrocers, pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, pizzeria, various kiosks (sometimes with live music), various entertainment options (schooner, banana, kayak, etc. etc.), a small fair. Next to Lagoinha beach there is a trail with access to small beaches and with a magnificent look. It is worth checking.

Tivemos uma estadia muito boa e confortável. Proprietário bem acessível e atencioso ! Imóvel bem arrumado, limpo e organizado. Superou nossas expectativas, a estrutura do condomínio atendeu perfeitamente nossa família e a piscina fez toda a diferença, muito boa. Voltaremos com certeza, super indico...
