Excellent property and facilities. Very thoughtfully decorated an amazing location. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful location and property. Beds were excellent along with the quality of. The linen. Ideally located directly opposite the Lygon Arms and next to the mazing village deli.

My only slight negative was the lack of a shower. There was a roll top bath with a shower head attachment, thereby preventing the ability to have a standing shower.

The Property was in a good location and was very clean, tidy and cosy. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and a second toilet was a good addition particularly for 4 people sharing.

We had to shower sitting down which might not be suitable for older people.

The location could not have been better, right in the heart and bustle of Broadway, although it wasn't noisy at night at all; the beds and pillows were really comfy - but the outstanding feature was the way the place is curated to keep the old, quaint and cosy nature of the building and also provide you with everything you might need. It was a beautiful place to stay. The hosts were really friendly and communicated well, making sure we had everything we needed.

Filter coffee pot provided but no espresso machine, if like me you like your coffee - that would have made it perfect : )(Although it is next door to a fantastic deli that does great coffee, amongst many other great things, so not a hardshi[p!)

Great location in a beautiful little town in the Cotswolds.

Absolutely loved the location and the secret garden. Host connected prior to arrival and during my stay to ensure I had a smooth check in and stay. What a beautiful town in the Cotswolds!

Not much to state here as I really had a great stay. Would have liked a dedicated parking bay - but as I was out each day - it was not an issue as such either. There are long term parking stays about a 10min walk away and one can “double park” to drop bags off, so there was a solution - and with the great location - understandable about the parking space

hidden gem in Cotswold

Our host was very good in communications, available and follow up with us . We received a thorough instructions how to get there, get the keys and where to park a car. The house was newly renovated , beautiful design with old features stayed , exceptionally clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchens was equipped fully! I Would definitely come back.

Quaint, clean and cosy!

This is a beautifully renovated property with many thoughtful details. The outdoor secret garden is a real bonus for sunny days. It's location is very central, perfect for walks in and around Broadway.

A microwave would be useful but I understand why one isn't provided in the petite kitchen. The sitting shower in the bathroom might be difficult for those with mobility issues.

we loved everything the location ( Broadway fight street at Xmas … what’s not to like ..) and the whole ambience of the

my friend and I absolutely loved it … the style , the cosines nothing to dislike

the only small thing was not able to shower , sitting in a bath with the shower fine for us but I know my husband who has a bad hip would have struggled it certainly didn’t detract from my friend and my stay at all

Good location, very pleasant.

The difficulty of parking. Hosts have excellent information but no good for a solo traveller. Constantly having to move the car. Sadly I won’t be booking this again due to this issue.

Very good location in the middle of Braoadway

Location great. Comfortable beds. Good lighting and well equipped kitchen. ideal for 2 people. Appreciated the bottle of fizz and chocolates. The secret garden looked lovely but we had a lot of rain so could not use it!

Carparking was difficult. The car park machines were not accepting our cards and safe parking was about 10 minutes away. The seating/dining area was quite small and difficult to sit and eat breakfast. Bath was small too for a tall man!!.

Location could not be better. It was so convenient. The apartment had lovely authentic features, ie exposed beams and ornate window panes. The hosts were very helpful and friendly Everything was well explained.

Schönes, nett eingerichtetes Appartement im Herzen der Cotswolds

Es handelt sich um ein typisches englisches Appartment im historischen Stil. Das Appartment ist sehr liebevoll mit hochwertigen Materialien eingerichtet. Das Appartment liegt im Zentrum von Broadway in den Cotswolds, wodurch die Anfahrt zu den verschiedenen Gärten und Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 15 bis 90 Minuten möglich ist. Die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt und die Ausstattung mit zwei Toiletten ist auch manchmal vorteilhaft. Durch die von der Straße abgewandten Fenster kommt aufgrund des Baumes immer eine erfrischende Prise in die Wohnung, was an heißen Tagen geschätzt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit Julia und Tarkan war von Beginn an perfekt und wir haben auch zeitnahe Unterstützung bekommen.

Das Zimmer zur Straße hat naturgemäß einen gewissen Lärmpegel durch den Verkehr. Die Fußgängerampel nervt tagsüber von etwa 10 bis 17 Uhr, wenn die Touristen durch Broadway gehen. Außerhalb dieser Zeit ist Broadway und die Ampel sehr ruhig. Aufgrund des Stiegenaufgangs und der Situation im Bad muss man körperlich beweglich sein, womit das Appartement den typisch englischen Flair erhält.
