About this villa rental
A SPECTACULAR PRIVATE VILLA! This custom designed 3 bedroom / 3 bath home located in the beach-side resort of Reserva Conchal is a quick 3 minute golf cart ride from the home-owners private beach club, to which you have full access to. Top quality finishes throughout with Turkish travertine floors, marble vanities and quartz kitchen counter tops. Aesthetically pleasing architectural details are featured in every area of the villa to create an ambiance of sheer luxury and relaxation.
Three separate buildings seemingly float on the central swimming pool featuring a beautiful crying-wall water sculpture that sparkles by day and adds the sound of gently falling water by night: The first two buildings are master bedroom suites complete with feature ceilings, outdoor showers, top quality beds and linens. Remote controlled roller blinds provide privacy on demand in each of the bedrooms and on the golf course side of the main living area. The third building is divided into two spaces that include the queen size bedroom/bathroom on one side and the main living area on the other with state of the art, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room with its hand-crafted wooden barrel ceiling and glorious views to the golf course and hills beyond as well as the internal courtyard. Come nightfall, the pool lighting and carefully planned indirect lighting features throughout the villa create a very unique and relaxing environment.
The villa is well-equipped with high-speed wifi, cable TV, smart TV's and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, including state-of-the art induction cook top.
Guests have access to all of the homeowner amenities at the resort. Free shuttle service on demand to take you anywhere within the resort. First of all, Isma and the members of GVC( property management) were wonderful! Very responsive, patient! They helped book transportation to/from restaurants, activities, etc. The villa was amazing! Easy golf cart access to beach club, golf course right there! Our only snafu was the golf cart didn’t charge overnight because the breaker got tripped so we got stranded heading to the convenience market. The property managers sent someone to help us but we ended up pushing It up a hill and then coasted down to our villa. We finally figured out the problem, but It takes over 8 hours to re-charge . So no golf cart on the last day. We enjoyed the pool instead.My rating is not really 4/5. It’s more like 4.5/5.Reserva Conchal is beautiful! Loved all the wildlife!

The home owner and house manager were extremely responsive when we ran into a situation with my daughter. I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism. When we needed service on a cabinet, there was someone there in 10 minutes. Thing happen me they were available. Pretty home and nice beach club with amenities. Golf cart a great addition.

We spent 4 nights and had a mixed experience.
We got in late and missed meeting Isma. Perhaps things would have gone smoother if this had been possible.
This was our 2nd stop in Costa Rica & check-in instructions came after our arrival. Isma prefers not to give her WhatsApp#, which is fine-- but we couldn't open her links on the road. Make sure to access wifi and screenshot everything ahead of time.
The VRBO site's directions and 2nd directions sent by Isma give 2 different codes, which caused us a good deal of confusion. You will need BOTH codes. The 2nd set works ONLY for the gate, not the front door.
If you've been to Conchal Reserva, this is a fun house. If not, there aren't tips on how to maximize your stay so we learned through trial & error. (Some unpleasant interactions at the hotel. We learned to stay in the lovely Beach Club areas.)
I kept asking if we'd missed a welcome packet. I've never stayed at a VRBO without helpful tips. (LOTS about how to run the blinds & notes to turn off the air conditioners.)
The guest bedroom doesn't lock. This is an open concept house so we wish we'd known this. (Walls aren't solid to the outside.)
We had to request more than a "starter" supply of toilet paper, which was odd and took time.
I found Isma to be fairly defensive at times, helpful at others.
Lots of neighborhood construction. (Wish we'd known.)
Beautiful beach & fun golf cart. Loved staff at Beach Club & restaurant.
