Our home, on the FIRST floor ( NO ELEVATORS) experiences incredible gulf vistas... morning sunrises and romantic sunsets... designer decorated in luxurious style. WALK OUT THE BACK DOOR; YOUR ON THE BEACH!!!!
Abundant amenities within a spacious 15,000 square foot-Private GATED complex. Listen to the surf lull you to sleep; watch the fish play in the mornings as the fishermen gather bait.
Watch the children make castles in the snow white sand.
Plush master and guest bedrooms with KING and QUEEN beds; 2 TWIN beds in the third guest room and a QUEEN sofabed in the living room. Mattresses that promise a great nights sleep. Comfort on a grand scale for six to eight guests.

Nice 3 bedroom condo. Third bedroom is small but manageable. Perfect for kids. Great location with easy access to the beach. Full size washer/dryer. I left with no dirty clothes or beach towels. Fabulous master bathroom!!! Already planning stay for next year. Host super friendly. Felt like I was communicating with a friend. My only complaint which has nothing to do with condo was the guy running the beach chair service. He was grumpy.

First time to Destin and it was awesome. The owner Sam is amazing and I feel like I made friend forever. Sam checked in on us to make sure we were doing alright and that we had everything we needed. The condo was very nice and perfect location . View was spectacular.
