Because this Crystal Dunes unit is a first floor corner unit, it has the ambiance of a beach home rather than a condo. It is light-filled, having many more windows than the average unit. More windows means better view of the beach! It is the perfect condo for families with children or ideal for couples. Park next to the unit and unload luggage and groceries within steps of the door! No Elevator needed!
Professionally decorated this Crystal Dunes unit features high ceilings and crown moldings. Watch the sunrise from the bay window in the dining area or a spectacular sunset from the living area.

Destin's most beautiful beach, Crystal Beach , is just steps from the back door. Beach attendants will set up an umbrella and 2 chairs for you daily (during the season March thru October) at no extra charge.

The unit was perfect and convenient getting to the beach. We loved just walking out the beach. No elevators or long walks. The complex is perfect size. Pool and hot tub could use an upgrade. Personally the small outdoor patio is too small for the amount of furniture on it. 2 beach chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, a table with 4 chairs and a small table. We could barely get in and out the door. Then if one leg of the table was in the grass, the complex maintenance guy would make us move it back to the tiled area. Kitchen was well equipped. Living area huge. Since it was rainy most of our stay the patio area became our place to be but it was crowded with stuff.
