You'll find this condo on the second floor of Nedonna Views, a bright, contemporary, oceanfront complex on the north side of Rockaway Beach. A trail at the bottom of the stairs leads directly to the sand, and the condo's ocean views extend all the way to Neahkahnie Mountain. You'll also be within walking distance of Crescent Lake (just across Highway 101) and a few minutes from the shops and restaurants in downtown Rockaway Beach one mile south.

The floor to ceiling windows added to the memorable views from this well equipped property. My main issue with Vacasa is their 10:00am check out and lack of extra bedding (ex. Pillow cases for the extra pillows). If you want to stay where you have an outstanding view and fewer crowds than Cannon Beach or downtown Rockaway Beach then this is perfect!

The condo had the best views from the living room with huge windows. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. The beach was never crowded so very tranquil to have so much beach space. We loved the kitchen amenities and huge shower. The condo was stocked with everything- post it notes, lantern, cooler, kite, chip clips, beach towels, and games. The decor was lovely and clean. We would definitely return.

The property was very clean and obviously well cared for.
We were unimpressed with Rockaway beach- very limited shops and restaurants- overall a very sleepy town. The beach was beautiful but unfortunately for us was fogged in for our entire stay.
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and newly renovated. Guests would really benefit from having a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. We were attending a wedding and I could only see myself from the shoulders up in the bathroom mirror. Most people I know like to check out their outfits before attending an event.
The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and the lack of any kind of curtains or shades made it very difficult to sit there in the late afternoon or evening.
The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with necessary supplies.
One last thing- we would have really appreciated a few beach chairs!
Overall a lovely place- but we won’t be returning to Rockaway.
