We are located on the Third Green of the Palm Valley Country Club Challenge Golf Course overlooking gorgeous lakes, dancing water fountains and beautifully maintained grounds. No tee-box noise! The single-story Palm floor plan offers an open and spacious 1549 sq. ft. of usable living and entertaining space. Our two bedroom, two bath, gated, single-story condo home has all the amenities, and everything is included from new bedding and linens to Cable TV to Wireless Internet. Our spacious home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, elegant dining room and airy living room with wet bar, comfortable family room, and two inviting bedrooms with baths. This country club property is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Everything you need is available at this condo. Simply add your groceries. Delivery and pick up options are easy to use. This was the perfect place to retreat from long days of the music festival and outdoor exploring. The only down fall is that the condo is located in back of the country club.

John and Nancy's home was everything my friend and I needed in a home away from home. We were in town for the Coachella music festival and we wanted to quiet and cozy home to return to at the end of each day. John and Nancy's home delivered exactly what we wanted. We were able to enjoy the pool which was only a few steps away. We had everything we needed in their kitchen to prepare a delicious brunch every day. We would definitely stay here again next year!

Excellent stay. The condo has all the amenities you need and especially enjoyed touring the Country Club property in provided golf cart. The owners were very quick to respond when we had a few questions. The view and setting right near the pool added to the enjoyment!
