This top level condo has been transformed into a colorful, contemporary, fun place to stay. The large balcony, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom, is furnished with lounge seating and a raised height dining table to enjoy the panorama. This condo features a large flat panel TV, DVD player and i-Pod dock stereo. In addition to the Cal king bed in the bedroom, there is a fold-out queen size sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom has a sliding privacy partition for when the fold out bed is in use. This vacation home also offers wireless internet access, a propane BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen. A total of 749 square feet. C58 | | Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules and Regulations. | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ----- ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. The view from the balcony was amazing! We loved how spacious it was. A great place to hang out after dinner. One thing that was an issue was one of the bedroom windows faces the elevator and the light is on all night and very bright, so it lights up the room like daytime, even through the curtains. We had to improvise and put tinfoil on the window to block the light. I would recommend they purchase some black out shades for that particular window. Also, we tried to grill some steaks on the grill that was provided, after 3mins on the grill it was out of propane, so we had to finish them off on the stove.

The location was perfect! Removed from the “maddening crowd” but close enough to walk everywhere. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay…. The deck was spacious and had great views of the ocean! We would definitely rent this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a wonderfully large balcony and a beautiful view of the casino and the ocean. We were a five minute walk to the grocery store and less than 10 minutes to town. Everything was very accessible. There were even beach chairs in the deck box in case we wanted them. The condo itself was perfect for a couples getaway. Our only recommendation would be to have better curtains in the bedroom as it is quite bright in the morning.I would highly recommend this location and this unit and I would definitely rent this property again. It is noteworthy that the complex has very strict quiet hours starting at 10 PM and very strict noise limitations for the pool. This was fine for us and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo is Okay. The outdoor furniture was very dirty and there was dirty q tips on the balcony.There was long black hair on the sheets and in the bathroom. The upstairs neighbor is so loud. It sounded like he was moving furniture at midnight. The pics of the pool are deceiving. It’s a lot smaller. I never used the pool because there was a ton of screaming little kids everyday there. They might live there. I would not return it wasn’t worth the price. Oh and there is no Air Conditioning.
