    When we checked in, we were informed of extra charges of a "reservation fee" and a "transaction fee". Total: about $22 on top of our *** prepaid room charge. These extra fees were undisclosed on Agoda.com. Room was also smaller than expected compared to Agoda photos. You had to turn sideways to pass between the bed and sink.
